In
1988 Peter Creef recorded Good
Herbs, his first album. Generally categorized
as Folk-Rock-Psychedelia, the sounds and tunes are reminiscent
of San Francisco in the Sixties. Lots of danceable jamming
and lyrical content with positive change at the heart.
Eight straight and honest songs that are as welcome at
your dinner table as they are at the local pub at midnight,
Good Herbs was first available on vinyl with hand-screened
spirograph-inspired covers. Each one is now a collector's
item complete with mind-bending design and colour.
Recorded in Guelph
at the Sorta Studio, Good Herbs has been
a popular collector's choice in new and used stores from
Toronto to Toramolenos.
